 Jan Luckhurst, Store Manager
Jan, Jan, the man who can! Born on a different cloud in the belated, slightly confused Summer of Love 1979. Jan enjoys singing in his spare time, having fronted such popular bands as ‘The Pink Floyd’, ‘Led Zeppelin’, and, more recently newcomers ‘The Rolling Stones’. Jan is happy to listen and help anyone, anywhere! Apparently he eats hi-fi magazines, he says they taste good and the knowledge hits him quicker! Ask him anything, he’ll love you for it!
 Joel Blakeman, Deputy Manager
It is common folklore that Joel’s hair is woven from that of a unicorn and that a single strand could lift three Mini’s at a time! This isn’t much use in his chosen field, but luckily it isn’t needed. Keen to help out whatever the circumstance, Joel has quickly warmed himself to the hearts of his adoring public with a love of HUGE Plasma & LCD screens & DVD playing goodness.
 
 Rob, Sales Advisor
It has been said that Rob’s arms are composed entirely of oak wood and his velvet voice can be detected by dogs for miles around. All we know is he’s joined our team like a cow to grass. You will recognise Rob with his perfectly oval head and his warming smile which will greet you as you walk through the door. In his spare time Rob enjoys travelling round local high schools explaining the dangers of looking at a solar eclipse without using one of those boxes with a pinhole in it. Never-the-less, pop in to extract the hi-fi, home cinema and flat panel TV knowledge from him and he will be thrilled to ‘crack you a deal!’
 James McClaren, Sales Advisor
Chasing birds and butterflies into our world, James had had enough and wanted more. We know that having James here is best for everyone in the hope of quenching his thirst for customer service. Having a plethora of knowledge on all that is subwoofers and blu-ray, come and bend his ear. A keen high flyer (literally), James is the man for a bargain. He makes a fine cuppa too!!

Our shiny new recruit, Simon was pulled straight from the Vue cinema to bring you the best in HOME cinema! Rumour has it he was built in a secret multi-media laboratory, his veins are gold plated HDMI cables and every night he plugs into a surge protector so his fountain of knowledge is kept well and truly safe. You've heard of the T1000 well say hello to the Si2000!
 Dave Morgan, Stockroom Controller
Dave was found in the corner of our warehouse in what we thought was a dustball, after a good hose down and shearing we flabbered our gasts by discovering the undeniable genius that is Dave! We took him on as our stockroom controller as he seemed happy down there anyway. If you listen carefully when in store you may hear him hitting the pots and pans downstairs as he likes to play drums for REO Speedwagon on the weekends!
Twinned with Chester Zoo, our store is a great place to bring the kids for a day out!
