Jackie, Deputy Manager
Our longest serving team member and unofficial gaffer. When Jackie says jump, everyone asks, “How high?” Jackie has a passion for antiques and collectables, and a seriously good eye for a bargain. Who better to come to for the best deal in town?!
Ahsan, Sales Assistant
Ahsan is currently studying for a master’s degree in forensic science. He’s also something of a hi-fi /home cinema encyclopedia, and to Gareth’s irritation, seems to know as much about the subject as he does. Join Ahsan in C.S.I. Hanley, and watch in amazement as all your home entertainment mysteries unravel.
 Ben, Sales Assistant
"Spider-Ben" isn't an arachnid, as his nick-name would suggest, but he is a photography student with a more than passing resemblance to Tobey Maguire, so we think that's fair enough. Ben’s a bit of an LCD and plasma specialist, so please feel free to approach him with any TV queries you might have. Perhaps best not to mention that you saw him on the "web" though.
 Hayley, Sales Assistant
As well as being the only fluent Maltese speaker in the shop (the rest of us are a bit rusty), Hayley proudly claims to be the only female DJ on the Stoke club scene. Being a DJ is a job for a night-owl (as Ade will attest), but if Hayley burns the candle at both ends, it doesn’t show. Always happy to help, Hayley is a strong contender for the friendliest face in hi-fi.
 James, Sales Assistant
'Scrumpy James' as we rarely call him, joins us all the way from sunny Devon. Behind the curly locks, and West country burr, lies the razor sharp mind of a music technology student, eager to learn all he can about the wonders of the hi-fi & home cinema world. James may be our newest recruit, but he's already a mine of information, and a fine addition to the team.
