 John, Store Manager
John is the ‘papa’ of the store and has pretty much owned everything that Richer Sounds has ever sold! Apart from owning every CD ever made, John (as much as he still lives in the late 80’s/early 90’s) is one of the most technical and problem solving guru’s you will ever meet and is a bit of a geek with future technology… although he would not admit to it! John is extremely experienced and has worked in pretty much every store in London, so we are sure that whatever your needs John is the best customer consultant in the universe… see for yourself! John is always on a high and full of energy for your demands or amusement.
Lewis, Deputy Manager
Guildford’s Rasta boy is not what he looks like. Lewis is bar far one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet and on a few occasions has it has been known for people to request Lewis as part of the deal to help set up there equipment as the customer service he provides it literally second to none. Lewis is very technical and his passion lies within all the small bits that customer hate to get involved in, like accessories for your purchase, wiring diagrams and of course hi-fi and home cinema. Feel free to pop down and meet our store legend, but please be aware that he is not for sale!
 
 Rory, Sales Consultant
Walrus looking Rory is a complete nutcase; he knows every product like they were his own, date of manufacture, specs, dimensions and even colour choices. Rory’s extreme knowledge is favoured in the TV area, so feel free to pop down and test his might, you will be fully satisfied with both the service and information he provides you with. If not, threaten to tell his store manager who will see that his 10 year long stubble on his chin is removed the following day!
 Dean, Sales Advisor
One of our newest faces, Dean has excellent knowledge and always gives great advice. He specialises in multi-room set-ups so if you're buying a new place or even renovating give him a call and he can help you out.
 Adam, Sales Advisor
Adam is a new addition to the team here in Guildford, with his friendly approach he can always sort you the perfect system for you, Whether it's a full AV system or even a hi-fi for the kitchen, Adam is the man to help you out. In his spare time when not styling his hair he likes to do a bit of DJ-ing to electronic house.
Scott, Sales Advisor
Long haired Scott is an excellent all rounder who really knows his stuff. He will ensure all of your questions are answered. Scott loves home cinema so be sure to ask for a system demo, possibly to go with your new TV purchase?
Matt, Trainee
Matt is the newest member of the team, and he's very keen to learn and prides himself on customer service. We are sure he will fit in well at the Guildford store, everyone is keen to teach him all he needs to know so he can be moulded into a super salesman very soon.
