 Harry (aka Darth Harry), Store Manager
Harry has been with the Richer Sounds Leicester store “since oh before you were born”. The man is a walking fountain of knowledge on all things Richer and still loves his job as much as the first day. A big fan of rock music he loves his old TDL speakers and as many watts as possible! An avid supporter of Sith United he follows their battles against local Jedi City (although we all know how it ends) he never tires of flashing his light sabre about just to keep us on our toes.
 Tim (aka The Kid), Deputy Manager
Chameleon like Tim changes his hair colour almost weekly! Not intentionally, he banged his head when capturing Princess Leia and it just doesn't stop changing. But either with long purple hair or a short spiky do, he absorbs hi-fi and home cinema knowledge like a very bored sponge and is always happy to impart his technical know how to others! Tim is particularly interested in Plasma and LCD and he has a wide range of technical know-how in this area, and being a keen Xbox360 devotee you will usually find him on Halo destroying noobs. Be it multi-room, HD, Games, Hi-Fi or Wi-Fi he has been there, done that and sometimes even got the t-shirt. At home Tim loves mountain biking, rock music, DIY and looking at his posh hi-fi for hours on end!
 Jeff (aka Mum), Sales Consultant
He gets this title because of his dusting and tea making abilities. If you catch him at a time when he is not singing and dancing you will find him reasonably knowledgeable and ever so friendly. Please take care though as he has been known to hug people he takes a shine to. Jeff also puts it about a bit and by that we mean that Leicester is Jeff’s third store. Originally from Stoke (although don’t hold it against him) then to Nottingham (they always say things get worse before they get better) and finally to sunny Leicester where it never rains.
 Brian (aka DVD God), Sales Consultant
Brian has been with the company for 6 years, & as you can tell by the monika he is “the DVD God”. This man can talk home-cinema for hours due to having what he calls “mad skillz”. Be it DVD players, surround amps, special edition discs, special features, where to buy, or finding hidden Easter eggs. Home cinema is Brian's first love; he embraced the format 12 years ago & never looked back. Never buy anything even remotely DVD related without asking Brian first.
 
 Ben (aka Beef), Sales Consultant
Ben has been with us for nearly a year now and even though we still refer to him as newbie he certainly isn't. You'll find him always on hand to sort out any problem or question and goes to many lengths to you what you're after. Like Tim he is an avid Xbox360 and Nintendo Wii player it makes him valuable for anyone wanting to get the ultimate in gamer setup advice.
 Ellis (New boy), Sales Consultant
What can we say about Ellis? Well not much as he hasn't been here long, but he has shown great potential. Picking up things faster than Lewis Hamilton (you know what we mean). You will get a warm welcome with Ellis's lovely smile.
Sunil & Jitesh (Sunji), Keepers Of The Stockroom
The twins as we call them (hence the joint nick-name) have been with us for a good few years now. They cater to all our needs, getting our lunch, snacks and carrying the heavy boxes we just don't want to. Faster than lightning at getting boxes even before we ask for them. Don't be surprised if they give you pointers when we aren't around, these guys work with the best in the business, they know their stuff. You may sometimes see them dotted around the City handing out catalogues, just spreading the good news. Being an avid Liverpool supporter Jitesh tends to be in the firing line when Harry's team (Man Utd) loses, Sunil doesn't follow football and just tends to giggle at everything.
We are a diverse but strangely synergistic group of geeks. Our relative strengths mean we work together like a well oiled machine. Our passion for the equipment we sell is only rivaled by our desire to please and our quest to find the still missing droids.
We firmly believe our technical knowledge, experience and expertise cannot be matched in Leicester, and possibly by any other branch of Richer Sounds, maybe by anyone, anywhere, ever! Yes, we really are THAT GOOD! Go on ask us! And if by any chance we don't know, we're all pretty good on the web too and we'll go find out for ya!
