Andy joins our team in Swiss Cottage sharing his love and knowledge of the music world. When not in the shop he can be found organizing bands and music events around some of the trendiest bars, pubs, and clubs that Luton has ever seen. This cheeky chap always comes bearing a smile and will stop at NOTHING to make your day a happy one.
 Mike aka MJ, Deputy Manager
Although new to management, having worked in a number of our Richer Sounds stores, MJ is an old hand. Always smiling and full of enthusiasm, great customer service is always guaranteed. MJ is also our technical wizard so any complicated issues you have, he is your man. Into his music production as well he is especially an expert on our hi-fi equipment.
 Jordan, Senior Sales Assistant
I am pleased to inform you that Jordan aka Pieface (a recent team player from our City branch) has decided to transfer to our team in Swiss Cottage. If you don’t see him falling of his skateboard around London Bridge then he will be listening to his hi-fi that he just will not stop updating… he loves it! Jordan fits London well and Richer Sounds perfectly. Ask him anything technical and he will love to help!
Henry, Senior Sales Assistant
An old hand in more ways then one but still very sprightly with all the cycling he does to and from work. Known for his problem solving abilities he is always willing to help and always goes out of his way to provide the best service in store.
 
 Tom, Trainee Sales Assistant
Although only recently joined our team, Tom - our new trainee - is one of life's nice guys, not to say he's always last, but is always happy to have a chat with anybody. Even though he is new, Tom is already very knowledgeable about all things home-cinema and whatever knowledge he might lack he certainly makes up for in exceptional customer service - don't be surprised if he offers to help you set up your new equipment.
Sheldon, Sales Assistant
Although new to the company Sheldon is a quick learner with plenty of retail experience and as with all our staff here always eager to help as best he can.
 Simon, Runner
Though his badge may only say runner, Simon is an expert on everything Richer Rounds having been a vastly experienced store manager. Studying to be a teacher, Simon is naturally patient and is always more than happy to help customers set up their equipment or merely carry it to their car.
